Hi,
My machine is jamming on plain paper but is ok on any other harder paper. This is only happening on full covered page.
Fusing belt was recently changed and jam is occuring in the fuser and is page sticking to the fuser belt then jam and C3508.
Any clue of what is going on?

First off don't use cheap paper on a colour machine and with heavy coverage. Paper will curl when toner cools. However if it worked prior look to the paper thickness slider at exit side of fuser. Best position is middle. One way is for thick the other is for thin paper stocks.

Hi,
Rai is spot on with his assessment. Cheap paper and full coverage is a bad idea.
It is important when you are feeding thin stock with heavy coverage that the grain direction is correct.
I recommend for paper under 150gsm that it is Long grain. This will provide support for the paper going through the fusing unit. Between 150-250gsm grain direction doesn't really matter, above this weight the stock then needs to be short grain to provide flexibility under the transfer belt.
Another tip is to increase lead edge deletion with full coverage jobs.
Hope this helps
