The machine copies and faxes without lines when using the Doc Feeder.When I scan thru feeder to computer I get solid line on image.This does not happen
when I use glass, I really have no idea(NO JOKES PLEASE AS TEMPTING AS IT MIGHT BE)
Any help welcomed and appreciated.

Make sure that scanner glass(small one) and Doc feeder glass(if available for this model) along with white reference plates are really clean.
