The machine has mechanical problem. Do you have SM, if so I will try to check motors in test mode, also swap drums, fuser, belt if possible. There's something binding your machine mechanics, maybe fallen debris, scrap, etc?

Okay thanks for the quick response I will let you know what I find out.
I replaced the drum unit and was able to run test prints. Now I am getting an error code A6 when trying to copy. Scan light comes on for a little while then goes off and then comes up with the code.

FB - flatbed, your scanner unit. Loook at part list, should come as a whole unit.
