I have a Brother machine that we have collected from a client who terminated the rent, but the system lord has changed the access codes and has blocked all the control panel, even the default codes have been erased and we cannot access or reset the keys
Can you help me as I delete everything and leave it as factory or at least access so that the panel can be unlocked

If you're a tech go to maintaince mode and do Initialize EEPROM parameters.
