TN-850 & TN-880 Toners causing print quality issues.

Has anyone else been having issues with devices using the TN-850 & TN-880 toner cartridges?? I am constantly having issue with one particular printer the most HL-L6250 but I have seen this on many other devices as well.

The main complaint/problem is that the toners start leaving black spot on the pages. After replacing the toner this goes away but returns about half way through the life of the toner.

Additional info:

I added some print samples but they didn't scan the best.

I also did so math and the toners only seem to be lasting on average 4,500 pages @ an average coverage are of 5.15 % before symptoms start to arise when the expected yield is 8K for the TN-850 and 12K for the TN-880

Yes we had we had this issue with brother toners. They came out with a new style that has fixed this issue.

Thanks for the info. I have been working directly with Brother support on this too. It sure would have been nice if they told me about this.

Isn't it interesting that so many of the spots land in a grid pattern? Does the size of that grid pattern match anything on the machine?

It sort-of looks like the defect you get when the lower cleaning seal pulls away from the drum, and dumps toner down the vertical path on a Toshiba eS4508A. It fills the transfer roller housing and starts to reprint it onto the paper in other places.
