    Post HL-L8360CDW Fuser

After a jam from using non brother toner, they scored up the fuser film pretty bad so a new fuser is needed. Brother stocks it, but kind of pricey. D01CEC001 is the number from the manual, but online theres a ref that D00C54001 is an alternate part. There are some roller / fuser combos on ebay for that part number. Is it the same, or can the fuser film be purchased separately?

I went to the eBay site and searched for a 'Brother D01CEC001' and got all kinds of fuser stuff.

Don't know if that helps, but thee a go.

We had an end user who tried these parts from amazon and screwed up his rebuild. he brought it in and we had to install a new Brother fuser. it was much more expensive for him.
