brother mfc- L2700dw when I press the power button nothing happens. When I plug in the power cord the power led turns on. I cheked the power source when pluged in the voltage on the 24 V output is 6,2 V. Is that OK?

Probably not, you can try and plug in the power while keeping the power button pressed for ~30 seconds - if that doesn't help you probably have a faulty PSU and/or main PCB.
I have changed a lot of main boars in various Brother models with such a symptoms and only few power supply boards. 90% of time it's main board.
