fyi i just learned this one. if you are trying to log into the brother web interface using the old login password. which i will not give out. that password is no longer a generic login.. if your copier was produced any time after Jan. 2020 only the password on the back will allow you to login. per brother, this came about because of some law passed in california.

yes or you can print a network config page, it's listed there, too
