    Brother L 9570CDW no power

I've cleaned this printer for a customer (corona wires and pick up rollers nothing more). Now he brought the machine again
and said it has no power. I've plugged it in and it works.
After several hours it was dead. I did the trick with unplug power cord and and pressing the power button for 10 seconds.
Now the machine works again. Could it be that the error will appear again?
    What is normally the problem?

i would say its PCB problem, "the batery" on pcb lost voltage to turn on. But im 100% sure its not power supply

If you can revice the machine with that trick it's probably a bad gold cap supercondensor on the main pcb.
It acts kind of like a "bios battery" - this is a pretty common issue across many different brother models over the last years.

You can check the voltage with a multimeter and in case it's bad replace the supercondenser or the main PCB.
If you decide to replace it I'd suggest to cut out the old one in a way that allows you to solder the new one
on the remaining pins/contacts of the defective to avoid issues with multilayer PCB.

    Thank you very much.
Perhaps the problem was caused because the machine was unplugged 1 or 2 weeks.

How often or when do you think the problem will appear again.

With a faulty gold cap it usually appear again too often even if you keep the machine connected to the outlet.
Some people might live with it though to avoid repair costs.

A new goldcap with good quality can probably last another 5-10 years.
You can also use one with higher capacity (as long as the voltage is the same).
