Brother MFC-7220

Customer put a new toner catridge into the Brother MFC-7220 but the add toner light didn't go out. Is there a way to reset the toner light or like most machines should the add toner light go out once the tonner cartridge is put into the machine and the machne tones itself up? Any heko appreciated, thank you.

There is a new toner detect sensor left front upper inside of printer, when a new toner is put in reset lever on cart hits sensor then fall back to front of cart, remove gear asst and put lever in new position, 3/4 the way back. reinsert toner into drum and insert.
