Why does every customer think they're the first one to ever say: "you've been here so much we should get you an office, ha, ha, ha"?
They are not up to what I consider industry standard for a business copier in my opinion. They work well if you run the right media but put a finisher on it and the 100ppm become 60. Massive foot print with the finisher which slows it even more. Unreliable WiFi. No hole Punch feature. A stand alone works great if you stick to basic non-coated and standard size media. I think they are a PITA to work on but that may be because they do go a long time between having to take apart to repair. Most of my issues are related to what the copier can't do and unfortunately it seems that other copiers can do.Originally Posted by arnh79
