Imho you're on better side. And I mean from my experience TABS(Toshiba America Business Solutions) where way ahead from TEC(Toshiba Europe Corporation). Same I see from KM.Aaahhh, well that's why then. I sure wish KM would get things the same on both sides of the pond so we're (I'm) not confused!
