    That's kind of cool. Never heard of it and I'm a KM only tech.
    Started in the copier service business in the fall of 1988 and worked at the same company for 33.5 years, becoming the senior tech in 2004 but left to pursue another career on 4/29/22.

    srvtec, it is Europe and USA is way too different in therms of KM world. Believe me I have seen both. Scroll to the bottom of link Bix posted and you will see

    Imho you're on better side. And I mean from my experience TABS(Toshiba America Business Solutions) where way ahead from TEC(Toshiba Europe Corporation). Same I see from KM.

    Yes, it is very strange! They look like two different planets. For some things, we are in the future while for other prehistory.
