Dislikes: I've had 5 packages over the past 4 or 5 weeks get lost or have severe delays when coming from California. I read that others are having the same problem. It's very frustrating and I hear it'll get worse before it gets better.

I've been pretty lucky in being within twenty minutes of hubs for both FedEx and UPS, but in general I'll try getting anything shipped via UPS.
Years ago when I worked direct for Ricoh, UPS was our preferred carrier, though FedEx was a customer. I went into one of their distribution hubs with a UPS box full of parts. The shift supervisor saw the box and said: 'UPS, eh? Well at least you know you got it on time'...
