    HP Plotter resale

I have a customer looking to purchase a hp plotter- 24 inch - for full color posters. I will recommend the T650. It seems that the best way to handle this transaction is to have the customer go on hp.com and order the machine. Once delivered I could install it and charge the customer a setup fee. I dont see a way to order the machine elsewhere and still make a profit.

That plotter is not suitable for poster prints, but cad drawings with some images.
    Has small and expensive cartridges.
If your client makes occasional prints it might be okay, but keep in mind that they are short-lived in sunlight.

Ok good to know. I will look into the Canon ipf as it looks like hp has nothing that will work.

It is not a problem of brand, but of characteristics.
Each brand has products that are more suitable for graphic printing.
You have to select among these.
Hp, canon or epson they have products suitable for graphic poster printing, but the most suitable machines are the ecosolvent .. mimaki, roland, mutoh .. but they are more professional machines. Much expensive.

    Ok thanks .
I think the HP DesignJet Z6 or Z9 would work.
