On the media menu there are some details and one of them is "Cutting Mode".

Obviously smb switched it to "Manual Cutting".

Did u check for any fault codes _?

Step 1: check to see if there is any open work or program, if so save them in order to avoid loss of important information. And then, go to Start and Turn off Computer to shut down your computer.

Step 2: press power button of your Canon imagePROGRAF iPF9000s to turn your printer off. Unplug it from electrical outlet.

Step 3: keep your printer at off mode for several minutes, during which the memory will lose.

Step 4: plug your Canon imagePROGRAF iPF9000s back into electrical outlet and turn on it and turn on the computer. Now, the printer memory has been cleared.
=:O > Remember that only by turning off and on your printer can not clear your printer because there is still electricity running through the cord connected to the wall outlet. You need to pull the plug out.
