    Re: Paper Jam in IR3300

How about jam codes? Is the paper lifting properly? Any "clackety clack" noises? =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Exclamation Re: Paper Jam in IR3300

    thanks for reply
no error codes, just paper stops there, no noise even
i'v also tried another tray. it also stops at the same location,
paper pickup is perfect, i'v installed with new set of rubbers
i have noticed if i use bypass it works fine with single sided,
but it gets jammed at the same location if i use back to back
    :-(

    it's been awhile,
but I think there are sub rollers(white), that are meshing with the gray ones..there was a quick kit to fix that issue, without having to replace the whole unit. But check to see if the sub rollers are making contact with the gray ones..

The 0105 and 0103 is run of th mill paper feed issues. 0105 says it tried to pick up once, 05 is a second attempt at a pick up.

THE 008* in the third column is VODOO. Boot your copier up and see if it has defaulted to the manual feed tray. Hit reset three times and it will set back to the paper trays/auto paper select and try to feed from there. If it is booting up asking for paper size from manual feed tray there is a little black arm missing. Open the manual feed tray and on the out side of the paper path and on the side of the door a black 1' long part goes on a lever that gets involved with the mp roller.

    Also:

You are in Europe trying to print on A4 paper, not LTR
Disconnect trys 3 and 4 paper feed unit. I have seen it cause start up stationary 0201 jams.

Lightbulb Re: Paper Jam in IR3300

    Finally the machine started printing . . . .

    Solution :-
i had to remove the cable harness from the board behind the machine
and remove the dust from it, reconnect it. it started working
    lifting the paper without JAM.

    But,
works for some time may be 150-200 pages print &
    again starts the JAM
again i have to clean the connectors, then the machine starts

what must be the problem i checked the connectivity of the cables the are fine !!
