Lightbulb Canon iR-ADV 6265 - Light text print near the rear edge.

    Hi

Have a customer complaining that text looks less bold / lighter at the rear edge compared to front edge.
It's like the text pitch goes really fine / thin.

Does not help having a iR-ADV C5250 next to the iR-ADV 6565 machine in question.
When you do a 123 print off from both machines the 5250 produces a much bolder print out.

I've recently done a full fixing unit PM, replaced the primary and pri-charge units, drum blade, drum side seals, ETB belt unit, cleaned the laser glass, polygon mirror motor.
Replaced the HDD and reloaded the firmware about a month earlier.

Half-tone test print PG5 looks constant front to rear after adjusting the main charge grids 4 screws to the max (bringing the grid closer to the drum).
Full coverage test print is also constant and jet black front to rear.

Is there some other service setting or adjustment that effects the boldness of text?

What about magnetic rollers/blade on dev unit?

The difference between copying and printing is that the OPTICS are involved in the former.
If PG prints are good, then check the Optics.
