Canon IR3320n error E602-0001

Hi all

Our client has the above machine and following inspection, requires a replacement hard drive.

I understand firmware needs to be installed on the hard drive however I don't have it and was hoping someone here did?

Also, I can get a IR3300 used hard drive with firmware loaded but wasn't sure if it would work on this model?

Software is different, I checked on canon tech software. Latest 3300 is 45.01 (8-16-2006), 3320N and 3320i are 60.03 (1-5-10). I never try and send 84.2M files.

I only use the canon tech website. Sometimes people here are nice enough to share. Software is too big to email and those people use one of their accounts. I think you need The SST service software tool to install it once you get the software.
