C5051 address book import/export issue

Hi, when exporting/importing the address book from iR ADV C models the passwords for the SMB accounts always becomes blank. you would have to key it in manually again. kind of troublesome if a lot of computers are involved.

any solutions to rectify this problem?

Instead of import/export individually, goto import/export all and then you can select only the address book and give it an encryption password. It doesnt transfer the passwords the other way because it exports everything in clear text.

Log into the device with the ip address as administrator, click settings and registration on the right, than under function settings on the left select set destination, address book export settings, check the include password when exporting box.

If you dont set a password when you export it wont save the passwords.
