Scan to folder not functioning

Dear Team,

Kindly guide me to configure SCAN to folder . In my customer premises they do have 2 different networks . xxx.xxx.180.xxx & xxx.xxx.179.xxx within one domain.

IR-ADV C255 its perfectly working in xxx.xxx.180.xxx ( because the destination folder also in same range ) whereas it is not working in xxx.xxx.179.xxx ( because the destination folder is in xxx.xxx.180.xxx range)

Request you help me or share your experience if you have come across

Folders on different network copier will not reach with SMB protocol.

Is there any chance the 2nd network has wireless? On the C256, you can run both wired and wireless protocols at the same time thus in theory, seeing 2 different networks.

Hi, I'm not a Canon technician but Ricoh. With our machines you can install a second network interface to solve this problem.
Maybe also with Canon devices...
