ir advance 5065 problem when copying in glass or feeder. When pressing start botton, it display in control panel "printing and scanning" (suspended). The paper is only at the sensor before entering to transfer. And later it display error 732-0010.

2. Check the power of the Scanner ->whether to perform
initialization at start-up?
3. Replace the Rcon, the Scanner Board or the Main
