#866 In Status Monitor Printer logs after print job from any PC.

Device is an IR-ADV C5550 III

This morning when a print job is sent from any computer to this device it doesn't try and print the job or even an error. The job log simply shows the name of the job and the fact that it was NG (No Good). Details shows that it's #866 end code but I can't find anything about this.

Settings -> User management -> Department ID Management is turned OFF

Remedy	Check the content of the job.
