Help with iR-ADV C9270 Paper Folding Unit-G setup

We have iR-ADV C9270 Paper Folding Unit-G the office need help with 11x17 Z-fold, were printing via Adobe PDF with UFR II Driver Windows 10 64-bit, the problem we got is the Z-fold is the wrong way any help will be appreciated

what you want is not a z-fold but the Accordion z-fold

Hi, Thanks for the help the only option I have is Z-fold we using 11x17 with UFR II Driver

same here 11x17 and 12x18 only z-Fold. All Paper sizes more then Letter/A4 only z-Fold

Check your "Printer Properties" and look at the accessories tab. Make sure the right folding unit is listed as connected to the machine. If you have SNMP status disabled, sometimes the "Auto Configuration" doesn't work...so you'll have to configure it manually.

Thanks guitar9199 for the reply I checked the Printer Properties, I have we have the Staple Finisher-K1 with Puncher Unit and Paper Folding Unit-G1 will attach screenshots we have SNMP status enabled but can't change the Fold
