    thin or wide streaks?
what are the lifes on ALL consumables and service parts?
are the streaks in the direction of paper movement?
are you using OEM or compatible toners/drums?
did you put setting powder on drum and spin it before testing?
    what are the paper settings?
    thick or thin paper?

you gave us NO helpful info

pull out the dev unit. rotate the dev roller and check if the marks are on there. if there is, you should be able to clean it off using your finger nails. don't use sharp tools that will scratch the dev roller. also check the fuser unit for a tear or split in the film
