AdvC2030 pixelated print

Customer has an Advance C2030 that suddenly started pixelating the print outs and scans. All copies are perfect but anything she scans in the text looks pixelated or digitalized on her screen and also anything that is printed from her computer is even more pixelated. She also had a series of Errors yesterday....E225-0001, E315-007, E315-0510 and E732-0010. We ran both Controller System Error Diagnosis and both came back OK. We plan to go back with Main 2, CCD, Reader PCB etc. Has anyone seen this and could give me more insight. I'm trying to upgrade them instead but in case they go with the repair option, I want to be prepared.

Just do a full reset of machine itself and reinstall driver.

If copy is fine but printouts and scans are malfed, probably PC/driver issue.
