Soooooo ... I think its safe to say that you have a bad multi-sensor.

And thank you for contributing data to my spreadsheet. =^..^=

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

I appreciate your help and detailed explanations and the multi-sensor will be the next item to be replaced. I'd love to know more about your spreadsheet, it'd be very informative next time a problem like this occurs

Send a private message with email destination included, and you can have the spreadsheet. =^..^=

Like most other aspects of this job, this spreadsheet is a work in progress. As I get more data the more I can refine the diagnosis.

I changed the multi sensor and its reference plate, but with no success, the wide format still does the same thing. With the error code ending in 2F14 (03130031-2F14). I believe the issue may be the main PCB, any thoughts?

First check to see if you have any aftermarket ink cartridges in there. They can cause 03130031-2F13, 03130031-2F14, "The printer is filling ink from the ink tank. Please wait." Plotter adds ink until the ink cartridges are empty or the maintenance cartridge is full.

And yes the main controller is next. =^..^=
