    NQ

I had a Canon IR Adv 8285 come in with nq on the screen. I am not able to gain access to the web interface. Can anyone tell me how I can disable this? Thank you in advance for any help.

    That worked. Thank you!

The nq is what is in the upper left hand corner of the screen when I power the machine on. It looks like a management system for clicks.IMG_8728.jpg
