Canon Ir3230 Only Green Light is Blikning

Hi My Canon IR 3230 only green light is blinking but no display but finisher moves and scanner light is on. Kindly adivise

Can you make a copy?
Can you access service mode?
Have you tried turning the brightness button?


Turn off the main power switch and short out across the 2 contacts [A] of JP1 on the main controller PCB forapprox. 1 second using a conductor wire or other (this will reset the register value to the default). After recovery, upgrade System Software at least to v36.01 to prevent reoccurrence of the issue.

Hi,

It Worked after shorting JP1 and i got display, i scanned 5 copies suddenly every thing went off and again after 15 mins it is started but got display for few seconds and went off again. now led green light is on but no display and machine is not working. plz help.

you didn't upgrade the system did you?

you were given the proper steps.. you didn't follow them... now do it over and follow ALL the steps this time

I searched for system software but i did not get can you please provide me the link Where i can get System Software? v36.01 please forward IR3230 software to my mail Id suresh968@gmail.com

System software is available to trained techs only. A tech COULD get fired for passing thst out to end users.
No I won't risk my job for that

i have same problam with ir3230 after RTC jp1 reset machine gets start but after 1 minut everythings goes off
pls help what to do now Green light is still on
