Canon IR-Adv C5255i paper jam only when doing Auto Gradation

I have both C5235i and C5255i updated to this firmware version 56.08 .
When do Auto Gradation on C5255i it will jam directly on the first printing. (The vertical CMKY strip).


Both copier have same internal finiser.

Does the jam occur when you adjust the gradation?
When you make copies and prints, does the paper jam continue?
