i need help.my canon adv 6275 waste toner bottle alway empty because waste toner cant go down to waste toner bottle.all waste toner remain at magnetic roller at drum unit.print out quality dirty because waste toner stay at cleaning blade and magnetic roller.it is any gear broken or waste toner pipe assembly problem?thank you for advise.

hi thanks for reply .there was no error and i have reset the waste toner counter and it seem function well.i haven't change any spare part but before the machine come it got some 'tak tak' sound when it run.but now no more 'tak tak ' sound.the machine can print and photocopy until the toner deposit too much near the cleaning blade drum area then it will come out toner residue. tq
No sound now because mechanism is busted, use your tech skills to find what is broken and replace it.
The auger in the cleaning section is most likely broken. Seen it quite a few times on that model.

check the waste toner auger spin gear attached and make sure auger spins , toner can rock up and break auger end, also check pathway for waste toner from drum cleaning unit to waste toner bottle is clean and free of obstruction , you can use a long zip tie to check it.. remove bottle and make sure the valve that opens and closes at top of toner bottle area is opening when you insert bottle
