canon imagepress c650 didn't clear waste toner container full message

hi guys!!! this is composee from Korea!!seoul!
I use Canon ipr c650...
but now.. I can't reset waste toner container full.. message..
my machine stop...didnt work.. now..
I changed WT-401 new waste toner container..
but didn't reset process..
and I changed part number PS134, waste toner full check sensor..
didn't work.. didn't reset work..
and no error code..
I can check just alarm message..
what is my problem?
could I change PS134 jack cable and DC controller PCB assy?
any ideas?
help me!!! T_T


p.s I did clear waste toner counter in the service mode... but didn't work reset..

why do u need entire harness ??

did u check 5v supply voltage at J1251-------- between pin 8 Ground > pin 11 at 5v
make sure supply is at 5 volts

I need check J1251 connecter.. Pin 8-GR and 11 at 5v? or J8934 pin 4-GR and Pin 1 at 5V? right?

I did check J8934 side pin 1(+5) and Pin 4(GROUND).

I check J8934 Pin 1 is.. +5.11 Pin 4 is Ground OK! PIN 1..+5.11 is ok?

and I did check too breaking of a wire between J1251 (pin 8,9,10,11) and J8934 ( pin 1,2,3,4 ) --> No problem! connection ok!

I changed PS134(J8934) sensor too..

I buy this sensor from china... is this defective product?

original PS134 and CHINA PS134 didn't work..same..

have you any good idea?

do u get a change of state on waste toner signal when sensor is blocked ??/---check from ground to waste led signal

don't see any I/O points for checking in manual

Was this a brand new waste container OR has it been used and the toner was just dumped out?

Just wanting to verify before you waste a lot of time trouble shooting.

If it was used, check the prism on the waste toner container.
