Maybe the most expensive torque limiter for a machine this size. Around $25. I will pick one up soon and report if anything is remarkable. Thanks for posts.

Torque limiter resolved the problem. Thanks you all for your thoughts.

So I had an optional tray with the same TQ Limiter. DID NOT WORK! Same noise remains. There is no evidence of roller rubbing like flat spots or pieces. The box was manufact in 2015.
I cant find another reason.

I have seen the seperation roller housing get worn and cause this. I had 2 in the past month and once changed along with the roller resolved the issue. FYI
