    I'm trying to get a heads up on this problem before I arrive onsite. Not very familiar with Canon calibration and test procedures. Thanks!

    Banding is a wide range of issues, need to see a copy.

    Calibration should be customers responsibility.
    Don't calibrate unless customer request it.
