the supplier that sold the plotter to the customer, from the beginning the plotter was put in affordable ink and continuous ink system. When the customer asked for the original ink cartridges, they assured him that with the continuous system he would print without problems.

BUY THE PRINTHEAD INSTALL IT.. PURGE THE SYSTEM.. GO BACK TO CANON INK
I was going to update the firmware, check on the main canon page and the version of the firmware that the plotter has is the last one on the canon usa website
