2318 miss feed

hello brothers,
need your help

this 2318 canon have this problem.
from the bypass the print out goes normally .
from the cassette, the paper is jamming all the time under the registration roller

you need a technician.

same sensor and same registration roller for both ,cassette and bypass

try cleaning the feed rollers. but sounds like a tray 1 paper pickup solenoid issue

the pickup rollers work normally and take the paper to the registration roller, then it jams.

whats the jam code?
have you run motor/clutch test in Service Mode?

I am a technician
if the clutch of the pickup roller had a problem it wouldn't take the paper to the registration roller

the bypass works normally

Is it a stationary jam?Does the paper jam and fold or does it just stop below registration?

I have put this small piece of paper like a guide under the sensor to push the printed paper near the sensor. And then it worked smoothly from the casette. (before it worked normally from the bypass)
