Canon IR400IF manually add toner in service mode to dev. unit

Hi guys,
After I vacuum the developing unit on a Canon IR400IF and clean it, how do I manually add toner in service mode?

if you go into service mode, copier - function - install, if i remember toner stir will add toner to the dev
