Ir 6000 only green light on. No power

My machine is working fine. But after i did not use for 1 month. The machine is not working. No power, only green light indicator. I already tried reseat all the ram and bootrom and try another ram, reseat all in dc con and main. Thanks

Try taking the display unit out and cleaning it and around where it contacts the frame. Sounds strange but if I remember right it can be a grounding issue with the display / control panel.

That is usually a sign that your main controller is defective

Suddenly the machine is have power now. I dont know why. I didnt do anything After 1 day and have error 000733-0001 and i reseat cables from main,rcon and dc con. Then after 10mins. The lcd start blinking 5, sec.Then machine is no power again.

I had a issue with one doing the same thing. Someone on this site told me to try taking the display unit out and cleaning it and around where it contacts the frame. Sounds strange but if I remember right it can be a grounding issue with the display / control panel. I thought that it did not make sense to me but what did I have to lose. It worked for me and did not have another issue with it.

Does your machine had same error 733-0001? When it come back the power on?

No it just came back on to the Ready and was able to make copies.

Does the machine shock you sometimes when you first touch it? I had this error in a C5000 and was not able to stop it after changing power supply's and boards. I think it could have been a grounding problem. It was a shop machine so it is no longer in service.

No it didnt shock me. How do you fix your machine?
