    Canon IR adv C3330i ID managment not turning on.

    Can anyone help customer requires ID pins have set them up in department ID management. have enabled in ID Management settings. when you press ID on control panel nothing, just normal copy screen no department or pin screen. long time since I have set these up but tried it on 52 series no issues very strange, got to be process with 3330 series possibly I am not aware of ?

    You need to change a couple of settings in the RUI to enable ID management on the later Canon ImageRunners.

    log into RUI, system app manager, SMS installer (start)
    enhanced system application
    dept id author (switch)

    Thanks for your help lads. sounds easy when you have the correct information, anything different in the mailbox set up as I will set them up when I visit later in the week, would appreciate any mailbox set up information if different from older models. Thanks again to both of you.
