Dislikes: I have a C5045 that if you copy using the ADF copy looks perfect, but if you place the original on the platen glass, it is cutting off the top 1/2 inch of the page. Any ideas? I've seen this in reverse where the ADF was the issue but not the glass.

Same orientation on glass as it is in drawer?
Auto Rotate turned on?
Enlarge/ Reduce settings selected?
Sizes won't be detected correctly if you don't lift the ADF up high enough to get sensor to detach.
Just figured it out, had to go into service mode, Adj IMG Y to get back centered.Originally Posted by FrohnB
