Canon IR2200 Shows Jam

Hi Guys,
I have a canon IR2200 that shows a jam on the right hand side of machine...there is no paper there and machine will not clear.
Any input?

better to check if some paper passage sensor is out of place or blocked by a small piece of paper, remove the paper trays and check inside the machine, the reset works even if it closes all the doors correctly.

Hi,
In addition to Giuboss' suggestion, check the state of springs on sensor flags. Also check the state of sensor flags close to pickup rollers and in duplex areas.
