Tricky wiggly line on IR ADV 6255 copy

This black wiggly line keeps appearing on my copies be it in service mode tests and in platen glass copy. Drum blade checked, developer checked, drum claw new, primary and secondary wires checked, ETB new, ETB blade new...as copies progress line becomes more distinct like a freehand technical pen scribble. Help please. TY in advance.

Those of you who might encounter this in the future, might want to check the pre exposure lamp area for adhesives and foreign elements, found the culprit inside that area. Thoroughly cleaned that area and copies were back to clean and clear. Thank you for your concern fellow Techs. Keep on sharing.

This can be an issue on any laser based device, but especially Sharp. You must minutely examine everything within 1" of the drum surface. Lint or fiber can statically cling to a drum blade, cleaning lamps, or a nearby crossmember, and when the drum is charged up that fiber dances. I'd see this especially after a PM. You wipe down literally everything within 1" of the drum, put it together, and find that you've moved your nearly invisible fiber 2" to one side or the other. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Hello, I faced the same problem and a piece of plastic was in the form of a thin thread over the primary base. I must use a light from the devloper unit side to see it.

Hello. I already came across a similar risk. In my case, I identified an accumulation of toner in the same direction as the defect in the developer unit. It was in the developer structure itself, just below the magnetic roller.

Pull the process unit, seal glass and chargers out. There might a dust bunny or something in the path of the laser light...blow out the seal glass area with a rolled up sheet of paper. As mentioned, could be lint, etc on primary assembly also
