AdvC2020 freezes up

Customer leaves copier on 24/7, recently he has experienced that in the morning when he tries to print something from his computer, the copier does not wake up and respond. He says everything is locked up on it, not even the power button works. He says he has to unplug it from the wall to get it to power back on and work. This doesn't happen everyday but is becoming more frequent. We haven't been out there yet but I wondered if anyone has experienced this before we make the trip. I am not a fan of these models but unfortunately the customer loves it.
