iR-ADV C5255 SST and Firmware

Hi,

I am looking for the SST and the Firmware for the iR-ADV C5255.

When I try to access the RUI, I can get to the portal. But if I want to go further like the settings than I get this message:

RemoteUI Contents is Not Found!!

RUI Module Version : 3440

As I looked up, I should reinstall the firmware or just the RUI with SST.

Can someone provide me with the SST and the firmware?

This is only available to trained Canon Service engineers though the canon sims site.

Best to get a Canon engineer to fix

Sadly nobody in this forum helped me, so I found the solution by myself. Maybe I can help other people with that solution,because the solutions provided here in this forum for this problem is not generally true. I didn´t need a SST or a firmware for the RUI.
Also the statement, that the RUI doesn´t come with the firmware was not true at least for my situation. Don´t know if it differs in other cases.
The missed RUI was automatically installed when I was performing a firmware update through service menu. No need to install the RUI in addition with SST. After the firmware update was finished the RUI was fully there.
Hope I get more help the next time.
