Having copy quality issue in Magenta.please have a look on the attached image.

Issue : Rear side of the printout doesn't having the proper magenta toner filling in all media even plain media.

Action Taken:

1.To isolate the issue printed PG-5 for magenta ,having the same filling issue in the rear side other colors were fine.
2.Then printed grid-adj to confrim whether laser is OK or not ,same filling issue appears so decided laser is OK.
3.interchanged the primary charging assembly issue remain,same assembly working well with other color
4.Interchanged the magenta Transfer roller still issue remains.same roller working well with other color
5.interchanged the drum .issue remains
6.changed new dv unit ,but installed old starter ,issue remains (due to non availability of stock )
waiting for new starter to replace.
please suggest your comments.

1.interchanged and checked the magenta transfer roller in the itb & primary charging assembly.

By the way its happening only in the magneta ,other colors were fine.
