Setting Paper IR ADV 6575

anybody knows how to setting Folio/Foolscap paper size in cassete 3 or 4 in IR ADV 6575 .
when i put Folio, its always LTR R .

try to lookup at Copier > Option > CST, there is no setting cassete 3 or 4, only P-SZ-C1 and P-SZ-C2 .

does the drawer have an size indicator dial on it?

did you change the size in the CTL PNL?

this is my first time on hand ir adv 3rd generation, nothing to do .

just try to print folio document, its very different with ir adv 2nd generation like 6255,

where is CTL PNL?

i try to put LEGAL size, its work normally, put back folio its become LTRR

there is no setting to change size on control panel .

i am not real tech, but i learn to be a tech .
my experience only on 6255 .
in 6255 change size folio into 24 will fix this problem, i dont know about 6575, this is my first time trying 6575 .

this is something that an end-user non-tech can accomplish. Get the USER MANUAL ... RTFM.. work thru the steps mentioned in user manual.

google the user manual you can get it from the canon user portal.

i always read the user and sm for the unit i work on

i dont ask to you for doing all of it .
ask to administrator of this forum, why they have this forum if any newbie user get answer "google it, read the manual, call the tech if you are end user, bla bla bla.."

i am not tech with certified or not an authorizhed dealer with have full support from the real machine maker .

let me ask one question, is that wrong if non tech user ask to this forum about very noob question? if not just close this browser tab, and forget it, but if that is a big mistake? you can report this thread to administrator .
