E065-0001 on Canon IR Adv 6075

I have fixed this error E065-0001 on a Canon IR Adv 6075 before by replacing the Main Driver PCB (PCB2). But after only 4 months the error E065-0001 showed again. Any ideas where I should check before replacing the Main Driver PCB again? Thanks for your help.

First try a working primary charging unit. If it continues, start from the connection from the primary charge unit to the HVU (High voltage unit), remove and carefully fix the HVU and its connections properly. Also, check the connections between the HVU and any other PCB including the Main Driver PCB.

Hi, why did you replace the Main Driver PCB (PCB2), did you already do what the service manual indicates about the related error code?

Remedy:
1. Check the connection between the Main Driver PCB (PCB2)
and the High Voltage Unit.
Main Driver side: J111, High Voltage Unit side: J3097
2. Check the connection between the Relay PCB (PCB5) and
the High Voltage Unit.
Relay side: J519, High Voltage Unit side: J3099
3. Replace the Primary Charging Assembly.
4. Check the connection inside of the High Voltage Unit.
High Voltage Unit Relay (J3097) and Primary Charging
High Voltage PCB (PCB11) (J3501)
High Voltage Unit relay (J3099) and Pre-transfer Charging
PCB (PCB26) (J3545, J3500)
5. Replace the Main Driver PCB (PCB2).
6. Replace the Primary Grid High Voltage Connector (FM4-
1006

Hi wcanonw. Yes I already did the SM procedure the first time I had this error. I didn't find any problem that's why I replaced the Main Driver PCB. But since the error showed again after a few months. I need to know what's causing this error before replacing the Main Driver PCB again. The Primary Charging Assembly is new. I am thinking of replacing the Primary Charging High Voltage PCB (PCB 11) together with Main Driver PCB (PCB2).
