looks like the cleaning blade assy for the ITB just by looking at the pics, as Phil says, check your durable counters etc

Take the ITB cleaning blade off, give a clean re fit back & test. If this resolves the issue order a new one.

Thank you for the help. I checked the ITB assy. ITB cleaning unit was loose and causing build up where the cleaning blade meets the belt. Tightened the screws and cleaned up. Thank you, problem solved now.

Thank you for posting your solution. It will help us all to remember to check things out
and not just say,"I don't know?"
I have found lots of problems by first taking the suspected unit out for inspection. A lot of the times
it is something simple, like loose screws or a small piece of plastic in a connector.
Glad you fixed the copier
