Can somebody give me a tip to install the IRC2380i scan to smb on a Win10 networkfolder?

Host //IP
Path /Scanfoldersharename
Login Admin (had tried the SystemAdmin too)
Pw xxx

Are the slashes right?
Is SMB2 supported or only SMB1?

Share settings are all correct!
I get always connection errors.

The scanfunction has already worked on a Win10 PC.
But the customer has replaces his PC...

Now i have problem and ask for the right settings.
Unfortunately i can't found the information on canon's public information area. I'm only familiar with Konicamonolta Kyocera and Brother.

Only SMB v1 is supported on this old model.

Most likely his new PC has SMB v1 disabled due to a known security risk.

You can turn this back on should you wish from Programs & features. turn Windows features on & off. Check SMB v1 is checked.

Yes SMB1 i have re-activated already but the error persists. Send Error 751

Can you tell me should i use the slash characters \ or not?
