canon ir5051 cant start normal.Just green light only

what troubleshooting methods led you to replace ALL those boards?

did you even look at the HDD?

are you a trained Canon tech?

Why would you start fitting boards. You should of start asking questions 1st if could be as simple as a hard drive problem

HDD...??but what about the sound came out from power supply area,its like clicking-clicking

Yeah! I go with Phil B. Even if there is a sound like that, it is better to be adventurous a bit. Did You open the back of the machine, and turn the machine on to see exactly where the sound was coming from? Was it coming from the power board, or any of the boards you changed? That unusual sound is mostly the sound of a dying HDD. But if your situation is different, did the clicking sound go when you changed the boards? If it did not, then look for a culprit that is more of mechanical than electronic.

Dying HDD...i was change it,but still same ..On the suis but still only green light appear,and blank panel

Now,after i changing the supply board,the sound click click was gone..so confuse,but still same,the machine cant run normaly..

Once it is a sound that repeats itself, open the back look closely/listen carefully. You'll surely find at least the source of the sound. Also, you may find it useful to check at the fixing unit, since that area may generate such sound after a wear gears.
