Error 6700 Canon Maxify MB5140

I have a Canon Maxify MB5140 machine showing error 6700. I tried hard reset but instead of rebooting after reset it continues flashing power and stop light.

I took it back to the shop because its a new printer bought a few hours ago. Thanks for your input.
